We turnover our Rental Properties immediately after the guest checks out.

Why do we do this?

…. because if any damages were done we’ll know shortly after the guest leave. Providing us time to address and repair issues minimizing any inconveniences.

Covid-19 Cleaning Procedures

KB Cleaning has always insisted upon the highest cleaning standard for our vacation rental homes. During these unprecedented times, cleanliness and sanitization requirements have increased to ensure the good health and safety of our vacation rental guests, homeowners and our housekeeping teams.

Do you offer Mid-stay Cleaning Services?

Yes, please contact us to schedule your mid-stay cleaning.

What if the guest have pets?

We offer cleaning services that cater to pet-friendly rental units. A one-time nonrefundable pet fee will be charged at the time of booking. Failure to notify us of pets will result in additional charges.

Lost and Found Policy

Although we cannot be held responsible for items left behind, we make every effort to locate and return any lost items to your guest. Guest can contact our office to report lost items. Please call our office at (386) 383-2684 or email us at client.services@kbcleaningplus.com.Items found would will be sent UPS and a $15 handling fee will be included. Unclaimed items will be donated to local charities after 30 days or discarded.

Check-in/Check-out

KB Cleaning suggest a check out time of 10:00 AM and a check-in time of 4:00 PM. Times vary and are set by individual hosts. If a checkout/checkin time is not stated, it is assumed to be 10am/4pm EST local time.
